Jerin van den Brink, a young man of Albanian-Dutch descent, full of passion,passed away before his time from a rare disease, on the 5th of May2018. Some of his works, sketches, poetry, and literary reviews on Albaniaand the history, are being published as originally written in English or Albanian.In her book Biri (translated from Albanian as 'The Son'), dedicatedto the loss of her only child, the writer Flutura Açka, refers often to the textsof her son.
